I have vast experience in all types of Desktop Support.I have substantial troubleshooting experience including but not limited to User Profile’s,Browser’s,Applications such as Outlook, Office, the entire line of Adobe products, Routing, Switching in addition to Operating System issues within the registry, Domain Support and mobile devices such as Phones, Tablets and Laptops. A vast majority of my knowledge is with Microsoft products when it comes to operating systems as they are highly used in small to large organizations.In addition to my Microsoft experience, I have good working experience with all flavors of Linux, Apple and Google Operating systems.
